Description

Brave and noble, a samurai wields his mighty sword ready to attack. Armando Ramirez masterfully replicates the legendary warrior's helmet by recycling a bicycle chain and a discarded metal sphere. The samurai wears the traditional uniform, which Ramirez crafts with discarded pieces off a die machine. Thick wires become the arms and limbs of this vivid sculpture, while the sword is crafted with recycled metal sheets.

an absolutely beautiful piece, & well made. it's hard to imagine having the talent it takes to see random pieces of metal & being able to turn it into something like this. it will be a gift for my father-in-law & there is no doubt he will love it. it's a perfect gift for anyone into Asian culture, martial arts, or just like having that unique eye catching item as a conversation piece.
