Novel colors bring a modern look to a traditional African mask. Carved by hand of seasoned sese wood, it depicts a personage with a long, slender face and bold eyebrows. Ali Mohammed names his original design Obrempong, which means 'one born with a golden spoon in its mouth' in the Akan language.
