Round Sunflower Man

Depicting a round face, this African mask features an original design by Elias Dela Dorkenoo. The Ghanaian artisan hand-carves the mask of sese wood, elaborated with zigzag patterns that are etched into the wood as well as yellow triangles that are painted by hand, resembling the petals of a sunflower.
